SnapOnward Tickets provides documentation confirming onward travel, which are NOT actual flight tickets. These documents are intended exclusively for use as proof of travel intent.
- No confirmation: The generated document does not confirm an active booking. It is not a live reservation in the airline’s database and is intended for informational/supplementary use only.
- Purpose of use: These documents are intended strictly for confirming onward travel plans or serving as a replacement copy in the event of lost travel documentation.
- User Responsibility: We assume no liability for the misuse of these documents. It is Your sole responsibility to ensure these documents meet the specific requirements of airlines, embassies, or immigration authorities.
- We assume no liability for the subsequent use or potential misuse of these documents following issuance.
- It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that this documentation satisfies the specific entry requirements of airlines, immigration authorities, or third-party organizations.
- We strongly advise travelers to verify the current visa and entry regulations of their destination country, as our documentation may not fulfill all local legal requirements.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Due to the nature of our digital services and the immediate allocation of resources upon order fulfillment, refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
- 1. Submission of Inaccurate Order Details: Refunds are ineligible if the customer provides incorrect dates, times, or airport information during the submission process. It is Your responsibility to verify all data before final confirmation.
- 2. Aesthetic or Format Preferences: Dissatisfaction regarding the visual layout, formatting, or graphic design of the document does not constitute grounds for a refund. (A sample document is available on our homepage for pre-purchase review).
- 3. Voluntary Cancellation: We do not offer refunds for “change of mind” or in instances where the document is no longer required by the customer after it has been generated.
- 4. Improper Usage: No refunds will be granted for documents that were rejected due to customer negligence, misuse, or submission for purposes other than standard onward travel verification.
Refund Eligibility
A refund request may only be considered in the following exceptional cases:
- Demonstrable clerical errors or technical faults originating from our system during document generation.
- Failure of the system to deliver the document due to internal technical malfunctions beyond the customer's control.

Order Modifications
If You identify an error in Your order details (e.g., date, airport, or time), You must contact Us via info.snaponwardtickets@gmail.com immediately. Once the document has been generated and dispatched, modifications are technically impossible, and the transaction is deemed final and non-refundable.
